Wirex App: How to contact Wirex support

You can contact Wirex support through your Wirex app by creating a new ticket or replying to one of your existing ones.

To create a new ticket:

    1. tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner 
    2. on the Settings screen, scroll down to the Help section
    3. tap Contact Us 
    4. tap + next to My Tickets 
    5. in the Description field, enter the explanation for your issue
    6. if necessary, tap the Clip icon to attach some images
    7. tap the Send icon

You can also create a new ticket right from the transaction screen: open details for the transaction and tap Contact Support button.

To manage your existing tickets:

    1. go to Settings > Help.
    2. tap Contact Us > tap the ticket you wish to review.
