Wirex App: How to contact Wirex support
You can contact Wirex support through your Wirex app by creating a new ticket or replying to one of your existing ones.
To create a new ticket:
- tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner
- on the Settings screen, scroll down to the Help section
- tap Contact Us
- tap + next to My Tickets
- in the Description field, enter the explanation for your issue
- if necessary, tap the Clip icon to attach some images
- tap the Send icon
You can also create a new ticket right from the transaction screen: open details for the transaction and tap Contact Support button.
To manage your existing tickets:
- go to Settings > Help.
- tap Contact Us > tap the ticket you wish to review.
