Wirex App: How to contact Wirex support

You can contact Wirex support using your Wirex app by creating a new ticket or replying to one of your existing ones.

To create a new ticket:

    • Navigate to Settings > Help.
    • Tap Contact Us > New.
    • In Description field, type in our text > attach some screenshots (if necessary) > hit Send.

You can also create a new ticket right from the questionable transaction screen. Simply open details for the transaction and tap Contact Support button.

To manage your existing tickets:

    • Navigate to Settings > Help.
    • Tap Contact Us > tap the ticket you wish to review.
    • You can read Agent's reply here or/and leave a new comment.
