I got 'Item Not Found' error for my tracking number. What should I do?

In the event that you received the 'Item Not Found' error using the tracking number sent to your email address, please wait a few more days before trying again.

This error is likely caused by one of the following reasons:

  • The tracking number was provided before the card's actual shipped, or
  • In rare cases, human error might happen and your card's envelope was not scanned into the tracking system. You will not be able to track the order until the card reaches your region. Please visit your local post service provider's website and track your order from there.
