我没有收到账户激活电子邮件

想要完成您的Wirex注册程序并确认您的电子邮件地址,但没有收到帐户激活电子邮件?或也许您激活链接已过期?我们可以帮助您解决这问题。

请按照以下步骤操作︰

  • Check Junk/Spam folder of your mailbox, make sure your spam filters or anti virus did not block Wirex emails.
  • 请检查您的邮箱文件夹,搜索邮箱的"Wirex"关键字 - 也许您的规定或过滤器将激活邮件转移到其他的文件夹。
  • 请分别检查您的垃圾箱/已删除文件夹。
  • 等待15分钟。很可能有延迟的情况,邮件将会稍后送出。
  • Check with your email provider whether Wirex emails got blocked. Whitelist, or ask your email provider to whitelist wirexapp.com domain.
  • 重新发送激活电子邮件。 开启登录页面 > 输入电子邮件和您在创建账户时所设的密码。 You will be notified your account is not activated > click on Resend Activation Email. Wirex support team can also resend you the activation link.
  • If you are still not able to receive the activation email, and your email provider advised the messages did not reach them, we would recommend using another email address, as you will need to receive time-sensitive emails in future.
