The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Refer-a-Friend Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital Services s.r.l., subject to your location and eligibility (referred to as “Wirex”):
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

“APAC” means the locations within the Asia Pacific where Wirex offers its services excluding Singapore.

“Dashboard” means the visual display of all your data you see when opening the Wirex App.

“USD” means United States Dollar.
-
“Wirex App” means the Wirex mobile application which allows you to buy, store, exchange and spend a wide variety of traditional and digital currencies.
-
“Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.

“WXT” means the Wirex Token on the Wirex Service
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 09:01 GMT on 10th September 2024 until 23:59 GMT on 17th September 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. This promotion is open to selected Wirex customers who have an active Wirex customer account and are in possession of a Wirex Debit Card (Cardholders). Cardholders must be based in the Asia-Pacific region and meet the following criteria:

Cardholders who have not engaged in any transaction using their card in the past six months.

Cardholders who have completed at least one transaction prior to the six month period referred to in section 2(b).
Further details regarding the Promotion, including how to participate and the benefits involved, will be communicated directly to Cardholders who meet the above criteria.
Participation Requirements
3. To Participate in this Promotion, Cardholders must make a single transaction during the Promotion Period using their physical or virtual Wirex card.
Reward
4. Wirex will grant each Cardholder who completes the Participation Requirements a boost of 2% to their standard Cryptoback™ Reward for each successful transaction made with the physical or virtual Wirex card during the Promotion period (Reward). Further information on the Wirex Cryptoback™ reward scheme can be found on the Wirex website.
5. The Reward will be credited to the Cardholder’s (who complete the Participation Requirements) Wirex Account in WXT for each transaction made.
Reward Currency and Exchange Rate
6. It is clarified that the Reward will be exclusively granted in WXT. The specific amount of WXT shall be subject to an exchange rate determined by Wirex at its sole discretion.
7. Upon Wirex awarding the Reward to a Cardholder, no further Rewards shall be disbursed.
General
8. Wirex reserves the right to withhold Rewards for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances where:

the action is prohibited by applicable law.
-
identity verification is unattainable in accordance with Wirex's Terms.
-
fraudulent creation of a Wirex account or other breaches of Wirex's General Terms of Service are reasonably suspected.
-
an Eligible Participant possesses multiple Wirex accounts.
9. Wirex reserves the right to amend these Terms and the Rewards at any time without notice.
10. Eligible Participants are only able to qualify for one of the Rewards set out in s5.
11. Subject to applicable law, Wirex shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to compensate Wirex users or any other third parties for losses or damages incurred as a result of their participation in this Promotion.
12. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex users. By participating, you acknowledge that the receipt of a Reward is not guaranteed, and Rewards may not be paid if changes occur in the Promotion, limitations are imposed, or fraudulent activity is detected and if this Promotion is terminated.
13. This Promotion is for individual Users only and cannot be used in connection with any business or advertising affiliate activity. Should Wirex in its absolute discretion consider that a User is using this Promotion in connection with a business or advertising affiliate activity, it can withdraw your right to a Promotion Reward and remove you from the Promotion.
14. Wirex shall process personal information collected or received in connection with the Promotion as set out in its Privacy, Data Use, and Retention Policy.
15. These Terms constitute the comprehensive agreement between participants and Wirex concerning the subject matter herein, superseding all previous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether documented or verbal.
16. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
17. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of Croatia, and the parties irrevocably agree that the Italian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle, and/or determine any dispute, controversy, or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy, or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
