The Wirex app allows customers to access both fiat and cryptoasset services. Cryptoassets are high risk and are unregulated by the FCA and you may lose all the money you invest.

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Black Friday Warm-Up Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital Services s.r.l., subject to your location and eligibility (referred to as “Wirex”):
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “Dashboard” means the visual display of all your data you see when opening the Wirex App.
- “GBP” means British Pound Sterling.
- “Wirex App” means the Wirex mobile application which allows you to buy, store, exchange and spend a wide variety of traditional and digital currencies.
- “Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 09:01 GMT on 1 October 2025 until 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is open to individuals who are resident in the United Kingdom and who:
a. either (i) register for a new Wirex account during the Promotion Period, or (ii) have previously registered for a Wirex account but have not yet ordered a Wirex Debit Card;
b. make a deposit of at least GBP 50 into their Wirex account;
c. order and activate a Wirex Debit Card; and
d. complete a first transaction of at least GBP 50 using their Wirex Debit Card.
Transactions connected with gambling, betting, gaming, or any other restricted merchant category codes will not qualify for this Promotion.
Please note, that Cryptoassets are available through the Wirex App and are high risk and unregulated. Their value can go down as well as up, and you could lose all the money you put in. You will not be protected by the FSCS or have recourse to the FOS if something goes wrong.

Reward
3. Eligible participants who meet the requirements in section 2 will receive a Reward of GBP 40.
4. The Reward will be credited to the participant’s Wirex Account in GBP within 30 calendar days after the promotion has ended.
5. The Reward is limited to one per new customer.
6. The Reward will be processed in 30 days since the end of the promotion.
General
7. Wirex reserves the right to withhold or remove Rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, multiple account registrations, or breaches of Wirex’s General Terms of Service.
8. Standard fees and charges for using your Wirex account and card still apply. Please refer to our Fees section on our website for more details [add link to Fees section].
9. Wirex reserves the right to amend these Terms or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect participants who have already met the eligibility criteria.
10. Subject to applicable law, Wirex shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to compensate participants or any third parties for losses or damages incurred as a result of participation in this Promotion.
11. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Wirex’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Wirex will not be responsible for losses outside of its reasonable control.
12. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and is not in partnership with any merchants or third parties.
13. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants irrevocably agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion.
