You’ll find two lists of countries below:
- Temporarily Restricted – Card Transfer isn't available right now, but we’re working hard to make it accessible in the near future.
- Permanently Restricted – Card Transfer will not be available in these countries.
If your country is not listed, great news — Card Transfer is available to you.
Why do these restrictions exist?
These limitations are required by international payment systems (Visa / Mastercard) and regulatory authorities. We must comply with these rules to ensure transaction security and regulatory compliance.

For users from these countries, Card Transfer is temporarily unavailable, but we are working to restore access as soon as possible:

If you are from a supported country, but your card is issued in a Permanently restricted country, you will not be able to use Card Transfer.
