The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Zero fees on card top-up promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital Services (Wirex).
Definitions
“EEA” means the European Economic Area
“Reward” means 10 EUR in BTC on Qualifying Transactions.
“Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.
Timescale

The Promotion will run from 12:00pm (GMT) on 12th August 2024 until 23.59pm on 18th August 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
This Promotion is only open to Users of the Wirex platform (as defined by the applicable Wirex General Terms & Conditions: https://wirexapp.com/eea/en in the EEA (“Eligible Participants”). More precisely, the following countries:

For the avoidance of doubt, no other Users of the Wirex platform are eligible for this Promotion.
Qualifying Transaction

The Promotion applies to Eligible Participants who make the following in the Wirex-app during the Promotion Period:

purchase of 100 EUR in BTC of any cryptocurrency available in the Wirex App (Qualifying Transaction).

Eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Transaction prior to or after the Promotion Period will not qualify for this Promotion.
Reward

For every Qualifying Transaction the reward will be 10 EUR for Eligible Participants (Reward).

The Reward will only be applicable to the first 2000 transactions during the Promotion Period.
General

Wirex reserves the right to amend or cancel the Reward at any time without prior notice.

Wirex retains the right to amend the promotion or disqualify participants if any fraudulent or inappropriate activities are suspected.

Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants or any other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.

Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex Users, Eligible Participants or other third parties.

This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.

The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
