Between 2020–2021, a Storage Fee was applied to inactive accounts. We are refunding this fee.
2. How do I claim?
- Download our app.
- Complete an identity check (KYC).
- The refund will be available in your account in 30 days from the day the account was created.
3. Is this safe?
Yes. We will never ask for passwords or request money from you. Refunds are only processed through our official app.
4. How much will I get?
The total of all Storage Fees charged to your account between 2020–2021.
5. When do I need to act by?
Refunds must be claimed by 30 June 2026.
