These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Wirex Business Deposit Promotion September 2025 (“Programme”) where eligible Wirex Business account holders can earn 10% back in USDC upon depositing $2500 in stablecoins.
Cryptoassets are high risk. The value of cryptoassets can go up or down and you could lose everything you invest. Crypto rewards are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and you will not be protected by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) if something goes wrong.
Please read these Terms carefully.
1. What is the Programme?
The Wirex Business Deposit Promotion 2025 existing Wirex Business account holders to earn a reward by making a $2500 deposit in stablecoins.
Each eligible such company can receive 10% back in stablecoin, subject to them completing the criteria outlined in section 3 below during the Promotion Period.
This programme is promotional in nature and subject to termination or change without liability or notice. Please do not rely on any rewards obtained from this programme as a guaranteed or regular source of income.
Timeframe: 1st September 15:00pm UK time to 31st October 11:59pm UK time
2. Who is eligible?
Must be a registered Wirex Business user with an eligible account (not suspended or closed) who has fully verified their account.
3. How to earn the reward
To qualify for the reward, the following must be completed by the company during the Promotion Period:
- Fund the Account The company must top up their Wirex Business account with funds from an external source (not from another Wirex account). Minimum top up amount should be $2500 in stablecoins.
Only once the above action is successfully completed will the %10 cashback in stablecoins reward be triggered for the company. Please allow 30 working days after promotion has ended for payout.
4. Reward Details
- Rewards will be paid in USDC stablecoin (Base network) and are not redeemable for fiat currency through Wirex.
- USDC is a type of cryptocurrency which is designed to stay close in value to the US dollar but its value can fluctuate, and it is not protected by the FSCS.
- Wirex is not responsible for any loss in value due to the fluctuations in the stablecoin’s value, or any access restrictions on third-party platforms where the stablecoin may be held or transferred.
- Rewards will be paid into the company’s account within 30 working days after the Promotion Period ends.
- Companies are responsible for any tax obligations arising from payment of Rewards.
- Wirex does not provide tax advice and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a participant’s failure to meet tax obligations.
- A company may earn a reward once per Promotion Period, and any attempts by companies to bypass this restriction shall result in disqualification from the Promotion
- Rewards are only payable if all actions are completed within the Promotion Period.
- Total Value of the Reward is the equivalent of $5000. Once the limit is reached, no more rewards will be sent out.
- Wirex accepts no liability for inaccessible Rewards due to incorrect wallet addresses or inactivity.
5. Important Notes
- The company’s Wirex Business account must remain open and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period.
- A Wirex Business account is in good standing if it is not suspended, flagged for review, or under any form of investigation.
- Rewards may be revoked if suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour is detected, including mass referrals, multiple accounts, or self-referrals.
- If the company reverses any step (e.g. cancels a card or closes the account), the reward may be cancelled or withdrawn.
6. General Terms
- Wirex reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate this Programme or these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on the Wirex website.
- Participation in this Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Wirex Business Account Terms.
- Wirex may disqualify any participant from the Programme and/or withhold or cancel rewards if, in its reasonable opinion:
- There has been a breach of these Terms,
- There has been fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity,
- Any required eligibility criteria have not been met.
- Wirex reserves the right to conduct post-award verification checks at any time:
- If it is determined that any information provided by a company was false, misleading or incomplete, Wirex may revoke, withhold or reclaim any Reward granted to the company under this Promotion.
- The Reward will be paid directly into the company’s active Wirex Business account. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Events outside Wirex’s control (e.g. system failure, regulatory changes, third-party issues) may impact the Programme. Wirex is not liable for any delay, loss, or failure due to such events.
- The Reward will not be paid where the company account is subsequently closed, cancelled, or restricted, or if qualifying actions are reversed (such as refunding the card spend or cancelling the card before delivery).
- Wirex may terminate the Offer at any time with 14 day’s written notice, unless the termination is due to suspected abuse or via a legal requirement, in which case termination of the Programme shall be immediate.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and the Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
- If you are a UK business participating in this Programme, please be aware that you will not have the same legal protections as you would be offered under UK law, and that you cannot use the Financial Ombudsman Service or Financial Services Compensation Scheme for this Programme.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
8. Definitions
- Wirex Business: Refers to the Wirex Business platform, where cryptocurrency services are provided by Wirex Digital Services S.r.l., a company registered under the laws of Italy, tax code and registration number: 12868550968 and whose registered office is in Via Alessandro Manzoni 38, Milan, 20121, Italy, and fiat services are provided by UAB Wirex (Registration Number: 305118023) whose registered office is Perkūnkiemio g. 13 – 91, Vilnius, Lithuania. Company: A new business entity that has not previously held or been associated with a Wirex Business account and signs up using the Referrer’s unique referral link.
- Reward: The monetary incentive of $10 in stablecoins credited to the Wirex Business account upon successful referral completion.
- Promotion Period: The defined time frame during which all activities (registration, verification, top-up, spend, card order) must be completed to qualify for the Reward. This period will be specified in your in-app or email referral invite.
- Minimum Spend: The minimum transaction amount the company must spend using their Wirex Business card as specified above.
- Business Day: Any day except Saturday, Sunday, or a UK Bank Holiday.
- Valid Entry: A company that meets all onboarding, verification, spend and card issuance conditions within the Promotion Period and has not triggered any fraudulent activity or abuse.
9. Exclusions and Limitations
- Only businesses meeting all onboarding criteria and passing verification will be considered valid entries.
- This Programme excludes Freelancers or Sole Traders unless otherwise specified.
- Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted for other benefits or cash.
- Transactions that are reversed, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent will not count toward the Minimum Spend.
- The Programme excludes entities with complex or unverifiable ownership structures unless pre-approved by Wirex.
10. Misuse and Fraud Prevention
Wirex reserves the right to:
- Investigate all company activity for fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
- Withhold or cancel rewards at its sole discretion if misuse is suspected.
- Suspend or close accounts involved in violations of these Terms or other applicable policies.
- Limit participation or rewards to maintain the integrity of the Programme.
Examples of abuse include but are not limited to:
- Applying as shell companies or fake businesses.
- Multiple accounts operated by the same entity.
- Creating false companies for financial gain.
Wirex may report fraudulent behaviour to law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.

12. Final Provisions
- Wirex’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Programme is final and binding.
- If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms form part of and should be read in conjunction with the Wirex Business Account Terms.
- In the event of conflict between these Terms and any marketing materials, the Terms shall prevail.
