The following terms and conditions (âTermsâ) apply to the Amazon Day Promotion July 2025 Promotion (the âPromotionâ) which is offered for EEA by Wirex Digital Services s.r.l. and for RoW is offered by Wirex Australia Pty Ltd (together âWirexâ), exclusively for Wirex Private users, subject to your location and eligibility.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:âŻâŻ
âAPACâ means the locations within the Asia Pacific where Wirex offers its services excluding Singapore and Australia.âŻ
âDashboardâ means the visual display of all your data you see when opening the Wirex App.âŻâŻ
âEEAâ means the locations within the European Economic Area where Wirex offers its services excluding Belgium.âŻâŻ
âRoWâ means the locations within the Rest of the World where Wirex offers its services, excluding Singapore, the UK and the USA.âŻ
âUSDâ means United States Dollar.âŻâŻ
âEURâ means Euro.
âWirex Appâ means the Wirex mobile application which allows you to buy, store, exchange and spend a wide variety of traditional and digital currencies.âŻâŻ
âWorking Daysâ means Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.âŻâŻ
âWXTâ means the Wirex Token on the Wirex ServiceâŻ
TimescaleâŻ
1. The Promotion will run from 00.01 (BST) on 8th July until 23:59 (BST) on 11th July 2025 (âPromotion Periodâ).âŻ
EligibilityâŻ
2. This promotion is open exclusively to Wirex Private customers based in EEA, APAC or RoW regions (referred to as "Eligible Participants"). For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex Platform are eligible to participate in this Promotion, this Promotion is not open to user's resident in the UK, USA and Australia.
Personal data collected or processed as part of this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Wirexâs Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion, verifying eligibility and delivering Rewards.
Qualifying Transactions
3. To Participate in this Promotion, users must make a transaction with a minimum spend of 10 USD or EUR or their equivalent each during the Promotion Period using their physical or virtual Wirex card at the qualifying merchant: Amazon.
4. Any Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Transaction prior to or after the Promotion Period will fall out of scope of this Promotion.
5. Any Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Transaction after the total amount allocated by Wirex for this Promotion (âParticipant Maximum Reward Valueâ), has been reached, will not be eligible for the Promotion Reward. Wirex reserves the right to disqualify or deny any Rewards to Participants suspected of engaging in fraudulent, abusive or non-compliant behaviour, including creating multiple accounts, using automated services, or manipulating the platform.
RewardâŻ
6. Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Transaction will be eligible to receive the Reward (âQualifying Participants or Cardholdersâ) subject to exceptions set out in terms 4 and 5 above.
7. Qualifying Participants will receive an extra 2% Cryptoback⢠rewards in WXT on their qualifying transactions (the âRewardâ).
The Reward will be credited to all Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Transaction within the Promotion Period in 30 days from the end date of this promotion.
8. The Reward will be credited to Qualifying Participantsâ WXT accounts in 30 days from the end of the Promotion Period. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward in WXT, it can be converted to other currencies through the Wirex Platform, once the set WXT threshold is achieved, at the Qualifying Participantsâ discretion.
9. The maximum amount to be distributed to each Qualifying Participant, via this Promotion is the equivalent of 100 USD/EUR in WXT (âParticipant Maximum Reward Valueâ). Wirex reserves the right to apply any applicable EUR/USD exchange rate prior to or during the Promotion Period. All taxes (including income and witholding taxes), duties and other governmental charges or reporting requirements in connection with the receipt of the Reward are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
10. Wirex reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, whether or not the Total Reward Value has been reached, and to increase or decrease the Total Reward Value at any time. If Wirex cancels the Promotion, users will be notified of such changes.
Reward Currency and Exchange RateâŻâŻ
11. It is clarified that the Reward will be exclusively granted in WXT. The specific amount of WXT shall be subject to an exchange rate determined by Wirex at its sole discretion.âŻ
12. Upon Wirex awarding the Reward to a Cardholder, no further Rewards shall be disbursed.
GeneralâŻâŻ
13. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants or Qualifying Participants for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.
14 Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to any users, Eligible Participants or Qualifying Participants.
15. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
16. Where services are provided by Wirex Digital Services S.r.l. the Terms of this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Croatia, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the Italian courts. Where services are provided by Wirex Australia Pty Ltd i the Terms of this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Australia, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Australia.
17. Wirex shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfil the Promotion obligations due to events beyond its control.
18. By participating in this Promotion, Participants consent to the use of their name, country of residence and any associated social media handles by Wirex for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with this Promotion, without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
