1. Campaign Purpose
Wirex Digital Services s.r.l. ("Wirex") presents these Terms and Conditions for the Wirex Women in Crypto Nomination campaign, offering Eligible Participants (defined below) the opportunity to gain recognition within the Crypto Industry by nominating themselves or another individual (“Nominee”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By taking part, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
The campaign will run from November 10th to December 19th, 2025. All nominations must be submitted by November 30th, 2025, at 23:59 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
This campaign is open exclusively to women employed within the Crypto industry, aged 18 or older, and located anywhere in the world (each referred to as an "Eligible Participant"). Proof of eligibility may be requested. By entering, you confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Wirex will not accept incomplete or computer-generated entries.
4. Nomination Process
To participate in the campaign, Eligible Participants must complete a nomination form by visiting http://wirexapp.com/women-in-crypto-awards before November 30th, 2025 (Qualifying Task). By completing the Qualifying Task, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions and Wirex's Privacy Policy. Nominations made on behalf of another person must be made with that person’s consent. Wirex reserves the right to verify consent if required.
5. Winner Selection
Wirex will select six (6) Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Task during the Campaign Period as winners. The winners will be carefully selected through a combination of public voting and jury voting, each contributing 50% to the final decision. The evaluation will be based on various criteria, including but not limited to unprecedented achievements, potential, influence, ambition, leadership skills, and innovation within the crypto industry. Once the results are publicly announced, Wirex will promptly contact the winners via the email address provided with their nomination.
6. Public Announcement
All winners participating in this campaign agree to be publicly announced as winners and to have their personal information (e.g., username, forename, surname, image supplied, etc.) displayed on Wirex's social media platforms. Winners may also be invited to take part in promotional activities or interviews in connection with the Campaign, although participation is voluntary.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wirex will not be liable under any circumstances for compensating winners or for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from participation in the campaign, except in cases of negligence by Wirex or its employees. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Furthermore, Wirex is not responsible for technical failures, delays, or other issues which may prevent a nomination from being properly submitted.
8. Ownership of Entries and Intellectual Property Rights
All competition entries and accompanying materials submitted to Wirex become the property of Wirex upon receipt and will not be returned. Participants grant Wirex the right (though not the obligation) to make their entries available on the Wirex website (wirexapp.com) and any other media, current or future, for promotional purposes. Participants also grant Wirex a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format, and sub-license the entries and accompanying materials for such purposes, throughout the entire period of any intellectual property rights associated with the entries and materials. Participants confirm that their entries do not infringe the rights of any third party and that they have all necessary permissions to grant this licence.
9. Data Protection
By entering this campaign, you agree to adhere to Wirex's Privacy Policy in your relevant jurisdiction. Your habitual residence determines the applicable jurisdiction. Wirex acts as the controller and processor of your personal information, processing it in accordance with the Privacy Policy. To exercise your rights concerning data privacy regulations or to address any queries about the use of your personal information not covered here, contact the Data Protection team at privacy@wirexapp.com.
10. General
In cases of suspected breaches of these terms and conditions, Wirex reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the campaign. Wirex also reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the campaign whenever necessary, with or without prior notice. These terms and conditions are subject to Croatian law, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
