What is the Wirex Exclusive Rewards Portal?
The Wirex Exclusive Rewards Portal is a Wirex-branded shopping portal available at https://cashback.wirexapp.com/
It gives you access to partner merchants that offer cashback on eligible purchases. Cashback is funded by the merchant and, once confirmed, is credited to your Wirex account as a separate reward transaction, rather than as part of the original card payment.
How cashback works
Start from Wirex
Visit the Wirex Exclusive Rewards Portal and select a partner merchant.Shop on the merchant’s website
You will be redirected to the merchant’s website to complete your purchase as usual.Purchase is captured
Once the merchant platform reports the transaction, you will receive a notification confirming that the purchase has been captured.Cashback is confirmed
After the merchant verifies the purchase and confirms eligibility (for example, once any return or cancellation period has passed), cashback is confirmed.Cashback is paid
The confirmed cashback is credited to your Wirex account in your selected rewards currency as a separate reward transaction.
When is cashback paid?
Cashback is not paid instantly and is not linked to the original card purchase.
Cashback is credited only after the merchant confirms the purchase and rewards eligibility. The confirmation process varies by merchant and may take several days or weeks.
This timing is part of the merchant validation process and is standard for merchant-funded cashback programmes.
Cashback rates and merchant terms
Cashback rates are set by each merchant individually. Percentages, exclusions, and eligibility conditions may differ from one merchant to another and are displayed in the Wirex Exclusive Rewards Portal.
Before completing a purchase, we recommend reviewing the merchant’s specific terms to understand how cashback is calculated and when it may be confirmed.
Cashback rewards currency
Cashback is paid in the Wirex rewards currency according to your Rewards Programme settings. Cashback amounts may be shown in local currency for reference, but the reward is credited in the applicable rewards currency.
Cashback limits and caps
Cashback earned through the Wirex Exclusive Rewards Portal is merchant-funded and is not subject to standard Wirex cashback caps. It also does not count toward regular Wirex rewards limits.
This means you receive the full cashback amount confirmed by the merchant.

Cashback is only paid for eligible and confirmed purchases
Cancelled, returned, or rejected orders may result in no cashback
Ad-blockers, unsupported promo codes, or leaving the merchant website before checkout may prevent cashback tracking
